Danjoy’s Homemade Pasta was created by husband-and-wife team Giancarlo and Reyna Danjoy — along with their two favorite helpers, Gianna and Luciano.

What began as a passion for making fresh pasta at home has grown into a vibrant, family-run experience in Katy, TX where everyone is welcome at the table. Together, the Danjoys built a space where families can connect, laugh, and roll pasta from scratch — one shape, one story, and one meal at a time.

From birthday parties and date nights to summer camps and team-building, every class is infused with the warmth, care, and hands-on teaching the Danjoy family is known for.
