$40/person – Roll garganelli pasta by hand (take-home only, no meal)
$55/person – Pasta-making + lunch or dinner (includes take-home pasta)
$75/person – Garganelli & cavatelli from scratch + meal
NEW: Cavatelli Only Class – $55 with lunch / $40 without lunch
