🍝 Danjoy’s Homemade Pasta Class Options
(Minimum 4 participants)
Time: 1.5–2.5 hours (includes eating time)

 

Garganelli Pasta Rolling Class (No Meal)
Roll garganelli pasta by hand using dough prepped before class.
Each person takes home enough pasta to feed two (about 50–100 garganelli shapes, depending on skill).
Meal not included.
Price: $45/person

 

Garganelli Class + Meal
Same as above, plus lunch or dinner is included!
You’ll take home the pasta you make, and we’ll cook a fresh pasta meal for everyone after class.
Price: $55/person

 

Cavatelli Pasta + Meal
Each participant gets their own station to make Cavatelli pasta dough from scratch.
You’ll learn how to knead, stretch, and form the perfect dough consistency before cutting your pasta into cavatelli.
Each participant will make two doughs to master the technique and take home their pasta creations.
Price: $65/person

 

Volcano Method: Make Pasta from Scratch + Meal
Learn how to make authentic pasta dough using the traditional Italian Volcano Method — just like Nonna used to do!
Each participant will create their own dough by hand and shape it into Garganelli pasta.
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a full hands-on pasta-making experience!

We provide bottled water, utensils, napkins, and wine glasses for every class.
All of our classes are BYOB — feel free to bring your favorite wine or drinks to enjoy!
